Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced sales associates. The sales associate is responsible for supporting a team that delivers excellent customer service while achieving company sales goals. This individual reports to their Store Manager.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals set forth by the company within a team environment.
  • Help oversee all customer inquiries and concerns.
  • POS knowledge to include computing sales, shipping transactions, bridal registry, & personalization, in a timely manner.
  • Review current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, refunds/exchanges, and security practices.
  • Package and ship customer shipments in a timely manner.
  • Help process weekly store deliveries and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Help maintain store signage and pricing.
  • Help maintain standards in store – Requires dusting, sweeping, and mopping.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move 35 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
  • Ability to process customer orders and store deliveries as needed.
  • Ability to retrieve merchandise from stockroom or sales floor, bending and reaching.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to attend and participate in meetings when required.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
