Wrong item was shipped, no response from email to customer service.
I never received the mug. A sugar bowl was sent instead. I do not want the sugar bowl. I sent an email requesting a shipping label to return it with no response. I guess I will have to see if the cost to ship it back is more than my expected refund. Not happy.
