This is part of a cancelled order!!!
This item was never received. In fact, you canceled the order because your website went haywire and apparently discounted things more than you anticipated. It seemed a few days later that you had made adjustments to the website, so I placed a new order...which you also cancelled a few days later. You had best make sure you reimbursed me because I have not received anything from you unless I ordered it through Macys or somewhere else. In that case, the charge was with Macys, not you all. You need to get your act together and realize that other places give better deals than you do.

Outstanding experience!
SUPER fast shipping and well packaged plates. We needed to replace some that had taken nose dives off the counter and love the ease at which replacement plates could be purchased. The durability and beauty of Botanic Garden is why we continue to use it each day.

Poor communication.
Purchased online one day, then canceled within a few hours. Two days later received notice of shipping. Contacted Portmerion immediately and was told it was too late to cancel, item was on truck. No help on return.
