Still waiting from a replacement (arrived broken)
I received the Santa Stocking Holder with a broken stocking hook. I immediately called the company for a replacement and on 12/30/2024, I emailed a picture of the broken item as required. I was told I would receive a replacement in a few days and haven't seen anything yet.
When I placed this order originally, I had ordered 7 items but only received 6. There was no copy of shipped or ordered items in the box which was annoying because I couldn't print a copy of my order on the website. I had to call the company to find out what was missing as these were gifts for a family member. I would say the products (when not broken) are nice but the customer service could use some attention.
