We take pride in our finished ware but sometimes a piece of ware will be produced that fails to meet our high quality standards. Instead of throwing these away, we sell them as seconds.
Seconds items will have a scratch/line/mark through the back stamp or somewhere on the base of the item; this is done in order to differentiate between first quality and second quality. An item is classified as a second when there is a marginal fault to the finish, the decoration or the shape. The fault is not structural, i.e. each piece still functions as intended and is usable.
There is no guarantee of which animal motif will be received on this item. The selection of animal motifs could be the same, different or any combination in between and animal motifs could be US or non-US motifs. Item may vary from image shown.

Happy happy happy
These are the most beautiful plates! I ordered 12 in the hopes they would arrive by Thanksgiving and to my absolute shock, they did! (We live in Hawaii and shipping can be a struggle). The No Guarantee of Animal Motif worked out so well; I received 3x Turkeys (like the one pictured); 3x black labrador with the pheasant flying in the background; 3x brown bears with deer in the background and 3x a big daddy moose. The surprise of what I was to get was so fun actually and I would do that again. I am so excited to expand my Thanksgiving collection!
