Product presentation great, costs offset disappointing, beautiful dishes
Received the order quickly. I bought three items and each were inside individual boxes in the packing box, very nice presentation. Also, each were beautiful, exactly as I had hoped. I was disappointed that, as a new customer, my 15% discount was not able to be used on the sale items. Bit of a bait and switch, especially since the fee for shipping would have covered the discount (so, free shipping would have offset this disappointment on my end). I would purchase from PortMerion again but aware there are offsets.
